About Us

Wise Weeds is a small organic company owned and operated by Jay and Kathy Fritchen in the Upper Des Moines River Valley in Northwest Iowa .

Kathy is a Certified Traditional Naturopath, Master Herbalist, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and energy worker. 

Jay is the business mind and brawn of the operation.

Jay and Kathy tend the herbs and vegetables with the help of the honeybees and grandchildren.
